Is the bracelet resistant?

Our bracelets are made of very resistant materials. AISI 316 steel, the same one used in boats for anchors and hooks. Ropes or ropes resistant to salt water. Suede wristbands should not get wet as they may lose color.

Can I customize my bracelet?

You can engrave any message of up to 25 characters on one side of the anchor or hook. You must request it just below the "Add to cart" button.

It is important to bear in mind that these periods are indicative and depend on local holidays and complicated dates such as Christmas and summer. The terms are counted as of 12:00 GMT + 1 of the first business day.

Your order will be sent the same day you buy it if you make it before 12:00 GMT + 1 of the first business day. Once we have packaged your order we will give you the tracking number.

You must bear in mind that in the case of custom anchors the delivery time will be increased between 24 h. and 72 h. skilled, as we record them individually laser and each bracelet is unique.

Can I buy from Canary Islands?

Of course. Once you make the purchase we will refund the VAT amount and upon receipt of your order you will have to pay 12.84 euros of the customs expenses + 7% of the IGIC. You must send us your ID to process the documentation.

How is my bracelet shipped?

Your bracelet is sent protected. First a bubble envelope for transport and a box so you can store it in your house.

Are there sizes

No, the bracelets fit your wrist with sliding knots. They are valid for all wrists.

Returns and exchanges

In Carrick we always look for excellence in customer service and that you are always satisfied with us. Our products are of great quality, however we are aware that on any occasion for any reason you want to return the product. You will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchase. Always with its original box and with all its contents inside in perfect condition. Send us an email with your order number to sailors@carrickbracelets.com. Once we have verified that the return is correct we will proceed to refund the amount of the products you return, never refund the shipping costs or the cost of wrapping as a gift.

The changes and returns will be free for you, get in touch with us and tell us if you prefer that we send a courier or if you prefer to leave it at a collection point.

You will not be able to change or return a bracelet with personalized engraving.

My bracelet is defective. What should I do?

First, we apologize. Then, send us an email to sailors@carrickbracelets.com, with your order number and all the information you can give us.
